Suggestion for the manager
For MondayConnect the team’s top priority to a clear customer outcome.
The manager receives one suggested next step for the team meeting.
VAJBS sends a short pulse in Swedish or English. Once the group is large enough, the manager gets a practical suggestion for the next team meeting and can check what happens in the following pulse.
The standard pulse has seven required questions and usually takes about two minutes. The person answering needs no account.

From pulse to team meeting
The employee answers one question at a time. Once the 7+5 boundary is met, the manager sees the group result and one specific action to try.
For the employee
The standard pulse contains six category questions and eNPS. An administrator can add up to three bilingual questions and optional closing text. There is no login, password, or app to install.
For the manager
Managers only see groups that clear the privacy boundary. The suggested action comes first; scores, response rate, and trend provide the context below it.
Suggestion for Monday
Ask each person which priority can wait, then agree on one shared order.
VAJBS sends the one-time link at the time you chose.
It works in Swedish or English on a phone, with no employee account.
Every group needs at least seven eligible people and five responses.
The following pulse shows how the group score moved after the team meeting.
One VAJB in practice
Nordic Works AB has 42 employees. This example follows the route from inbox to Monday’s team meeting. Nothing you click or answer here is saved.
Synthetic exampleStep 1 · the inbox
Delivery can be scheduled, and reminders go only to links that have not yet been completed.
From VAJBS for Nordic Works AB
Answer seven short questions. The link is personal, but answers are stored without your identity.
The link closes when the response period ends.Step 2 · the phone
Questions come from the published question set. Language, scales, and follow-ups travel with that same version.
Strategic alignment
Try the scale. This sample answer is not saved.
Step 3 · the privacy boundary
Five responses are enough only when at least seven people were eligible in the group.
Only the group’s aggregate score continues. Individual answer rows do not exist in the result.
Step 4 · the manager overview
Role clarity is the lowest visible area, so the page starts there.

Role clarity over four pulsesAnonymity in the data model
Answers are stored without a name, email address, employee ID, or personal survey link. A result appears only when the group had at least seven eligible people and at least five responded.
Separate roster
Name, email, and team live in the recipient roster. A separate completion flag is used to stop reminders.
Separate answer data
Stored answers have no person or invitation key. They can include the cycle, group, question, value, and approved coarse cohort fields. Customer-visible results contain aggregates only.

7 + 5
VisibleBoth boundaries are met. The manager sees averages and trends, never individual answers.
5 + 5
HiddenEveryone answered, but fewer than seven people were eligible. The result stays hidden.
Smaller teams can roll up into a safer parent group. If a comparison could reveal a small remainder, that combination is hidden too. The database applies the rule before the browser receives a result.
What you can change
The administrator sets the organization, recipients, access, timing, and upcoming question set. A published pulse is not rewritten afterwards.
Settings for the next VAJB
Create or edit teams, then add or move people between them.
Invite administrators and managers. Keep product access separate from pulse recipients.
Choose interval, response window, local send time, and reminder day.
Choose reviewed questions and add your own bilingual questions for future cycles.
Changes apply to future pulses. An existing cycle keeps its snapshotted audience, timing, and question version.
The question set
One reviewed standard question in each of six categories.
Up to three custom questions in Swedish and English.
eNPS is included, and a closing free-text question can be optional.
Standard questions are selected; their original wording is not rewritten. Once published, that version stays fixed for the cycle.
Administrator
Works with teams, recipients, product members, schedule, question versions, and launch approval.
Manager
Gets eligible group results, trends, and the recommended action for the assigned team.
Employee
Opens a one-time link, chooses a language, and completes the pulse. There is no product login or result view.
What the manager actually sees
A VAJB shows six categories, change since the previous pulse, and movement over time. Unsafe data points are left blank; they are never filled with estimates.
Categories · VAJB 04
10 responses from 12 eligible people · all values are synthetic
Trend · role clarity
Every point requires at least seven eligible people and five responses. An unsafe cycle would appear as a gap.
At the top of the manager overview
The next pulse shows how the role-clarity score moved after the conversation. That gives the manager a basis for keeping the approach or trying something else.
An honest first check
The first release runs as an assisted pilot for early customers. We set it up together and follow both response rate and what managers actually do.
